As part of our ongoing bookkeeping services, our bookkeeping team categorizes your transactions and reconciles your accounts each month. Our team performs a month-end close process and sends PDF copies of key financial reports including a Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet.

Can Taction provide tax advice?
Although highly trained, our team of expert accountants and bookkeepers cannot represent your business before the IRS. We provide up-to-date profit and loss statements and help you analyze your financial situation, however we do not provide tax planning and strategy services.

What accounting software should my company use?
We work primarily with QuickBooks Online but are comfortable with many other softwares.
We guide most clients into using QuickBooks Online because of the cloud features and simple, user-friendly interface that allows you to access your reports and data from anywhere. Additionally, you own the software, so if you ever decide to leave Taction’s services you can take your data with you.
